Let’s sign about Sex

Welcome to ‘Let's sign about S<3X’ 

We are starting a new project. 
Our new project is about sex. 
Sex means many things:
It means gender diversity and sexual orientation, sexual health and sexuality.

We are 5 organisations from 5 countries. 
The countries are: Austria, Italy, Slovakia, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. 

We want to work with youth workers and trainers and provide them with skills, knowledge and tools on this important topic. 
The aim of this project is to sensitise youth workers and trainers who work with deaf young people.
We want to enable them to deal with sensitive issues and situations in their daily work with deaf young people. 
We want to develop sensitisation workshops and multimedia materials in sign language and plain language for use in sex education. 
This is very important because sex should not be a taboo subject.
Everyone should have the chance to find out about it, to be sensitised to the topics of sex and sexuality and to talk about it without shame!
