Deaf Museums

The “Deaf Museums” project wants to take part in preserving Deaf Heritage and Deaf History. The project will produce examples of how to present Deaf History and Deaf Heritage in an exhibition. The project partners will work with deaf experts and experts from a variety of museums.

Based on these experiences, an online training course will be produced to enable people interested in opening a museum about deaf history and deaf heritage themselves to learn the skills needed for it.

7 project partners from Italy, United Kingdom, Netherland, Belgium, Austria and Slovakia work together on Deaf Museums.
